Learn the secrets of Rodin’s creations

Don’t miss Rodin: The Laboratory of Creation at the Rodin Museum until September 27th. The museum’s storage facilities have been plundered for this event, yielding some 150 plaster and terracotta works, many of which have never been seen in public before. These are the preparatory works, such as casts and studies in clay, which formed the steps towards masterpieces. Such models are displayed alongside the final creations to demonstrate the master sculptor’s process. The exhibits are supplemented by actual photographs taken in studio of this founding figure of modern sculpture.
